Flexible schedule management
The schedule is a key element of the system. On the basis of schedules, the content and logic of navigation displays and displays in meeting rooms are formed.

In addition to the standard parameters (title, subtitle, date, time, venue), the following are provided:

- Display of media content (image/video) on navigation displays and on indoor displays during the event.
- A repeat of the event. You can specify which days of the week the event takes place, and the end date of the series of events.
Meeting room display
The display displays past, current and upcoming events in the room where the display is installed, taking into account time gaps, similar to a navigation display. You can set a playlist to display media information on a specific display. Media display can be suspended for the duration of the event or played at a specified time of day. If no playlist is set and there are currently no events in the room, the hotel logo is displayed by default.
Navigation displays
The navigation display displays information about upcoming, current and scheduled events, as well as directions to the premises where these events are taking place. Each navigation display can be set in a certain mode and reproduce a certain type of information content: room prices, service prices, exchange rates, etc. The screen can also be configured to display a combination of different types of content, such as navigation only when events are scheduled, and media content when events are not scheduled. Or in the case of screens in reception rooms, to reproduce only the cost of rooms, prices for services and the exchange rate.
The navigation display can be configured so that information about past and upcoming events is displayed with a certain time gap. There is a time gap of a maximum of 2 hours after the end of the event and before the start of the event, respectively.
